Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Every Other Friday Paid Off
Salary:
High School Diploma/GED + 5 years' experience: $23.00/hour + every other Friday paid off (wellness day). Bachelors Degree: $25.00/hour + every other Friday paid off (wellness day). Salary is based on education, experience, and licensure or certification.

The Housing Resource Navigator provides on-site, walk-in support to individuals experiencing housing instability or seeking assistance with housing-related needs. This role helps clients identify housing options, complete applications, connect to community resources, and navigate barriers to achieving safe and stable housing.
You will collaborate closely with treatment teams, landlords, and community partners to support clients in obtaining and maintaining housing.
Core Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking housing support
- Assist clients in accessing rental programs, emergency housing, and supportive housing resources
- Conduct proactive follow-up to strengthen housing stability and address barriers
- Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and case managers to coordinate services
- Educate clients on tenant rights, responsibilities, and available community supports
- Assist with completing housing applications, documentation, and eligibility forms
- Advocate for clients experiencing housing-related challenges
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support coordinated care
- Attend training and meetings to stay up to date on housing programs and best practices
- Complete documentation and tracking in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other duties as assigned or negotiated with supervisor
- Understanding of housing systems, tenant rights, and community housing resources
- Knowledge of supportive housing programs and public benefits
- Familiarity with documentation and case management practices
- Awareness of housing challenges experienced by individuals with behavioral health or co-occurring needs
- Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
- Ability to assess needs and create individualized housing plans
- Accuracy in completing housing applications and related forms
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Problem-solving skills to address housing barriers
- Work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Advocate effectively for clients navigating complex housing systems
- Maintain accurate records and track progress
- Provide culturally competent, client-centered services
- Adapt to changing client needs and program priorities
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
- High School Diploma or GED + 5 years supervised mental health or social service experience required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or human services preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
