As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support a smooth operation by screening associates and visitors, monitoring access points, and maintaining a visible presence. You will communicate clearly, document security-related activity, and partner with site leaders to help identify and address concerns.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Screen associates, visitors, and vendors at designated entry points by conducting access control checks, checking credentials, and performing package and/or bag inspections as directed by site policy.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around shipping and receiving areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Complete security-related reports and logs, monitor alarms and/or CCTV when assigned, and communicate observations to supervision and site management.

* + Be at least 21+ years of age.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
