- Uncapped commission (OTE $220k+)

- 7–10 years of progressive business development or sales experience in retail fixtures, store environments, or related manufacturing/display industries
- Proven track record of closing new business—not just managing existing accounts
- Strong strategic, consultative selling approach with executive presence
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- CRM discipline (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Reputation for being resourceful, relentless, and respected—a true hunter with integrity
