Sales Development Rep - OH , AL , WA , MS , SC , IL

The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a In-Person Sales Development Rep.

Commission structure (will be explained by the manager in the interview).

• Birmingham, AL
• Spokane, WA
• Jackson, MS
• Greenville, SC
• Peru, IL

• 3-month assignment, with possibility of extension based on market success, performance, and budget.
• Remote, with heavy travel within the assigned territory.
• Travel mileage reimbursed.
• You will visit a high volume of restaurant prospects each week, introducing the client’s platform and securing qualified meetings for Outside Account Executives.
• You will be responsible for logging each visit, conversation, and outcome in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• You will manage your daily route, prioritize visits, follow up with merchants via phone, text, and email, and track performance against weekly and monthly targets.

• 2.5+ year of experience in outbound sales, canvassing, field marketing, or other customer-facing work driving new business or sign-ups
• Experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or local business environments is preferred
• Experience in B2B sales, outside/field sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Willingness to work restaurant-friendly hours, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends
