Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Tire Sales Representative located in Grater Chicago area. As our next Commercial Tire Sales Representative
, you will be at the forefront of our growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understanding the specific needs of fleet managers and commercial operators to provide customized tire solutions.
  • Driving sales growth by effectively communicating the value and competitive advantages of Elite Rubber's product line.
  • Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the expansion of our market presence.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relative experience
    , with a strong preference for commercial tire sales.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial tires and retreads.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word and excellent negotiation
    , problem-solving
    , and time management skills.
    Familiarity with CRM software is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Must be a highly self-motivated
    , results-driven individual with excellent relationship-building skills
    .
  • Mobility: Willing to travel to meet clients.
  • Licensing: Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
