Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in‑person and over the phone. The goal is to meet and exceed customer needs, selling the visit and persuading potential customers to engage with our automotive services. Through effective communication skills you build strong relationships, promote our products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.
You also conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.
Pay Range: $15.50 – $23.20 per hour
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
