USD $30.23/Hr. to USD $48.37/Hr. (Max)

• Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus

Manage, coordinate and perform nursing care with compassion for an assigned group of patients and their families, incorporating preventative measures.

Education and/or Other Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current registration or eligibility for licensure with the State of Illinois for practice as a professional nurse.

• Current Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Ability to listen, understand information, and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and reason to solutions.
• Ability to interpret written information and follow instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate patient care plans.
• Ability to meet physical demands and manage patient care needs (see Physical Demands below).

• CLINICAL INQUIRY:

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Performs within an environment of frequent exposure to blood and body fluids.

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling; assist in lifting patients; reach and adjust IV lines; lift/push/pull 5–50 pounds as needed.
• Visual acuity, fine motor control, hearing, and ability to meet written and verbal communication demands.

• Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Analyze information, plan actions, and make decisions with varying consequences.
• Communicate effectively in Standard English and comprehend written instructions.
