Assembler Associate

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for constructing assemblies and sub‑assemblies, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), documented procedures, and safety regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and effective teamwork and communication skills. Hours worked over 40 per week will be compensated at time‑and‑a‑half.

• Perform assembly of multiple components, assemblies, and sub‑assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and documentation.
• Operate automated equipment, testers, fixtures, and basic computer systems required for daily tasks.
• Conduct self‑inspection, basic troubleshooting, and verification of completed work.
• Apply soldering skills as needed based on product or area requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards and Quality Systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in site focus initiatives (e.g., Safety, GMP, ESD).
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, including positive leadership, peer training, and cross‑training activities.
• Influence and support team performance, ensuring adherence to departmental goals for quality, compliance, and productivity.
• Uphold the Client Code of Conduct and meet all performance expectations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or regulated environment.
• Experience in documentation and GMP is mandatory — candidates without this will not be considered.
