Property Preservation Contractor & Handy Man (Illinois) Bloomington
Location:
Illinois – Macon, Dewitt, Mclean, Champaign, Piatt, Sangamon, Logan, Christian, Shelby
Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors. By Weekly Payment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience
:
Perform standard preservation duties, including:- Winterizations
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris removal
- Lock Changes
- Initial Services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- Prepare/Put property in Convey Condition
- General/Minor household repairs, etc.
- Provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be detail‑oriented when reporting results with photos and bids.
- Must meet client deadlines.
- Must have own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks and materials on a regular basis.
PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER ALLOWABLE LIST (NO DISCOUNT)
