WMS QA Engineer

Mandatory Skills - BY WMS Testing experience, Strong in QA process, Automation - POSTMAN

• Strong Knowledge of Testing Blue Yonder Warehouse management systems in Supply Chain domain: including but not limited to

1. WMS Inbound
2. WMS Outbound
3. WMS Inventory Management
4. Slotting
5. Cycle Counting

Technical Skills

• Strong QA foundation and ability to perform End to End testing across multiple Upstream-Downstream systems.
• Experience in writing test plans, test cases, test case reviews, defect management, identifying test data, and working across enterprise applications.
• Experience in Data Migration Testing and Middleware testing.
• Exposure to databases and backend systems like Mongo
  
  DB and SQL.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Test Rails, or any other test management tool.
• Hands-on experience in using POSTMAN or any other API Testing tool (Mandatory).
• Automation Testing experience preferably selenium, cucumber or cypress (Good to Have).
• Ability to work as a team and collaborate with Test lead to come up with QA Strategy and implement the same.
• Active Participation in Defect Triage meetings and collaboration with Development team and Product owners.
• Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability, quality, and test Reports.

• 7+ years of experience working with large complex Programs as a QA Engineer.
• Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of a Waterfall/Agile/Scrum delivery model.
• Well experienced in Software Quality Principles, Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures.
• Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications.
• Experience working with business users coordinating and facilitating UAT.
