**** Hybrid Remote in Decatur, Illinois

*** Design and implement ABA treatment programs for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
* Oversee the treatment assigned to each person’s case to ensure they are receiving top quality care.

** What you will bring:
*** BCBA Certification
* Master’s degree in human service field
* One year experience with the developmentally disabled and or DD/MI preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sincere interest in learning and implementing ABA
