Lead DSP / Residential Specialist - DECATUR, IL

Join the team at Risk Kinetics as a Lead DSP / Residential Specialist. Our family‑owned company provides quality services for adults with developmental disabilities living in our Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) group‑homes. In addition to providing direct care, you will handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and groceries, and coordinate staff work schedules including call‑offs and covering shifts.

• High School diploma or G.E.D. (high‑school completion or equivalency).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background check.
• Flexible availability is essential.
• One year as a successful DSP preferred, but not required.

• Orient and train new DSPs / caregivers.
• Coordinate staff work schedules for 4‑6 employees.
• Transport and attend medical appointments with individuals.
• Plan meals and place grocery orders.
• Oversee household inventory.
• Be available and participate in on‑call duties.
