• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to help clients build healthier relationships and improve personal growth
• Conduct client assessments and collaborate on treatment plans
• Deliver in-home, community, and office-based counseling
• Maintain accurate case records and progress notes
• Participate in court hearings, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Uphold trauma-informed best practices

• Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or any bachelor's degree with 2 years of supervised mental health experience)
• Experience: 1+ year of casework or counseling experience
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, organization, and discretion
• Requirements: Valid Illinois driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
