What You'll Do- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to help clients build healthier relationships and improve personal growth
- Conduct client assessments and collaborate on treatment plans
- Deliver in-home, community, and office-based counseling
- Maintain accurate case records and progress notes
- Participate in court hearings, team meetings, and ongoing training
- Uphold trauma-informed best practices
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or any bachelor’s degree with 2 years of supervised mental health experience) - Experience:
1+ year of casework or counseling experience - Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, organization, and discretion - Requirements:
Valid Illinois driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
