Consumer Loan Specialist

HoursFull time – 40 hours per week. Saturday hours may be required seasonally.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer support calls.
- Manage outbound sales and collection calls, including contacting customers with past‑due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
- Complete the full‑cycle credit loan application process and analyze credit/financial information for current and prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals related to company products and services.
- Learn and apply Federal, State, and Local application consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
- Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to specified financial institutions.
- Perform additional duties as required by market demand or branch staffing to provide quality customer service.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software; willingness to learn financial services programs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain any essential state licenses required for selling insurance products or credit products.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
- Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.

Employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arm; operate computer and phone systems; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about and lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
