Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full‑time Manufacturing Quality/Test Engineer to join our team in Decatur, IL

This role supports Manufacturing and Quality engineering teams by providing an on‑site presence on the factory floor to audit and verify assembly processes, identify quality gaps, and drive corrective actions. The position plays a key role in strengthening drivetrain component quality and reinforcing a culture of quality across operations. Working closely with quality engineers, project engineers, and engineering first responders, this individual will document observations, communicate findings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a high‑impact manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking hands‑on exposure to operations, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering teams, while building a strong cross‑functional network and developing practical problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills in a real‑world factory setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Audit active assembly process
  • Take pictures of critical parts and processes
  • Document critical observations/details in concise manner
  • Communicate details of issues observed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with 0‑2 years of experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Mechanical/Quality inspection
  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem‑Solving
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Aid in execution of assembly verification
