Full‑time, PK–2nd - Duration: February 2026 - May 2026
- Provide school‑based social work services to students in alignment with their IEPs and social‑emotional goals.
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans addressing students’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments.
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions promoting coping strategies, resilience, and positive peer interactions.
- Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development initiatives.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement.
- Experience providing social work services in a school or youth‑centered setting.
- Strong understanding of child development, behavioral interventions, and trauma‑informed practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
