This is a full-time role for a Construction Superintendent, in the Chicago area. The Construction Superintendent is primarily responsible to execute projects from start to finish; the ability to complete a project on-time, within budget and exceed customer expectations. The Field Superintendent manages all trades and daily activities related to the project, ensures materials are delivered and installed, keep site clean and safe.

Depending on project location, ability to travel and extended stays is required.

• Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and adherence to Construction Safety protocols.
• Proven skills in Budgeting and Project Management to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage timelines, resources, and team coordination effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and demonstrate effective communication and leadership abilities.
• 10+ years of experience in the Construction Management field.
• Must possess strong technical, communication and computer skills, including email and document management/organization.
