• Collaborate with the buyer and sales team to develop category development strategies through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Create actionable recommendations to accelerate growth in the Bars, Candy, and Cough categories
• Analyze planograms and provide best-in-class merchandising recommendations
• Track performance and develop category reviews using diverse data sources to identify growth opportunities
• Manage recurring data reporting and develop insights to guide strategic business decisions

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry in category management or related fields
• Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations
• Required technical expertise with advanced software skills relevant to shopper research and category management functions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Experience with conducting ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decision‑making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in influencing and aligning key customers and stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to travel (less than 25%)
