Job SummaryThe Construction Management Student Intern will be part of the Facilities Services Student Internship Program that provides opportunities for students to engage in meaningful learning experiences including lunch and learn sessions, field experiences in Facilities operations, career prep sessions, and department tours. This position will support the Project Management group in the Facilities Construction Department. The intern will attend and engage in team meetings, take and compile meeting minutes, communicate updates, track progress, share insights, and gather feedback.
The intern will also track project changes, review RFIs, and perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate$15.00/hour
Required Qualifications- Current student in an undergraduate program with emphasis in Construction Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to communicate with individuals from various technical and educational backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and take initiative on projects as needed.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a summer internship to be completed between May 2026 – August 2026. Standard office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F. Specific hours to be determined upon hire.
Functional Expectations- Must be able to effectively communicate on a daily basis.
