Position: D298, RECEPTIONIST

Overview

Evening Shift: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an every‑other weekend rotation.

Greets visitors and patients at Decatur Memorial Hospital and answers and refers telephone calls regarding patient inquiries.

USD $15.50/hr. – Max USD $21.44/hr.

Essential Functions And

Job Duties
  • Greets employees, patients, and other visitors to the department, answering questions, providing directions, and making appropriate referrals.
  • Answers telephone, taking messages, providing information or forwarding calls.
  • Maintains front desk area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Processes department mail.
Qualifications
