Billing​/Accounts Receivable

Overview

The Kelly Group is seeking candidates for a Billing/Accounts Receivable position in its Decatur, Illinois, office. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of clerical and/or accounting experience.

• Knowledge of time and material and contract billings
• Divisional financial reporting, work in process and over/under accruals
• Perform necessary paperwork to set up jobs and contracts, and research and resolve discrepancies, missing information and job inquiries
• Knowledge of the billing/accounts receivable cycle and the impact on the general ledger

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Understanding the usage of AIA documentation and how retainage is tracked
• Good customer communication
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
