Job Summary
Trend Tech Logistics is seeking reliable, professional Independent Rideshare Drivers to support senior transportation services in the Dekalb County community. Drivers provide safe, courteous, and dependable transportation for senior passengers using their personal vehicles. This is a flexible, on-demand opportunity for drivers who value professionalism, patience, and service. This role is ideal for experienced rideshare, NEMT, or community transportation drivers looking for meaningful work.
Responsibilities- Safely transport senior passengers to scheduled destinations
- Follow pickup and drop-off instructions accurately
- Assist passengers with safe entry and exit from the vehicle
- Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable personal vehicle
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with passengers
- Navigate routes using GPS and follow assigned trip details
- Complete and submit required transportation sheet documentation promptly
- Report delays, issues, or concerns immediately
- Drivers must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain the following:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Insurance Card & Vehicle Registration
- Current 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Customer Service & Sensitivity Certificate
- Defensive Driving Certificate
- Mobility Aid / Wheelchair Securement Certificate
- Annual Vehicle Safety Inspection Report
- IDEMIA Fingerprinting / Background Check clearance
- Reliable personal vehicle in safe operating condition
- Smartphone with email access
- Comfortable working with senior passengers
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
- Must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while performing services
- Rideshare driving experience (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
- Senior transportation, shuttle, or medical transport experience
- Independent contractor position
- Mileage-based compensation structure
- Bi-weekly payments
- No guaranteed hours or minimum ride assignments
