We are partnering with a fast growing building automation and controls provider seeking a top performing Account Executive to drive new business across commercial and industrial markets. This is a high visibility, revenue generating role for someone who knows how to sell BAS/BMS solutions and close complex, technical deals.
What You’ll Own:- Develop new commercial relationships across healthcare, education, industrial, and institutional sectors
- Identify and close BAS/BMS integration opportunities within HVAC systems
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customized automation solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline within your territory
- 3 to 7+ years selling Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or Energy Management solutions
- Strong understanding of DDC controls and smart building technologies
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a technical sales environment
- Confident, consultative seller who can influence facility leaders and executives
- Established player with strong market momentum
