Title: Assistant Manager
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

• Leads shifts and oversees customer experience.
• Manages assigned departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory).
• Sets goals, delegates tasks, follows up, reports results.
• Ensures front counter & Drive‑Thru are organized for best service.
• Makes sure food quality, safety, and cost control are maintained.
• Helps hire, train, and schedule qualified crew.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Aged 18 or older.
• Enjoys fast‑paced environment and ability to meet profit goals.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
