Shift Manager – We See Your Hard Work!

Join the Shift Manager position at McDonald's. We’re looking for a positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
  • Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a smooth transition.
  • Help departments meet their goals and meet targets during the shift.
  • Ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Fast‑food Manager experience preferred; previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Positive team player with flexibility and passion for the McDonald’s environment.
