McDonald's is looking for a Shift Manager to plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
Responsibilities- Plan each shift.
- Monitor team performance during the shift.
- Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the incoming Shift Manager for continuity.
- Meet shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
- Provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
- Must be 18 years or older.
