McDonald's is looking for a Shift Manager to plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.

• Plan each shift.
• Monitor team performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the incoming Shift Manager for continuity.
• Meet shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.
