• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and report any changes to RNs or physicians.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient comfort.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold safety protocols, including infection control procedures.

• Licensure:
  Active and unrestricted LVN license
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Experience:
  
  Previous LVN experience
• Certifications:
  
  BLS certification (required).
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, critical thinking, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
