Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on an Ortho/Neuro/General Surgery unit, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

Job Details

• Work in an Ortho/Neuro/General Surgery Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting,

• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts,

• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand,

• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible,

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required,

• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days,

• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and consecutive days off around holidays are unlikely to be approved,
