Travel Progressive Care Unit RN jobs at Emory - Decatur Hospital in Decatur, GA, let you deliver intermediate-level care for patients recovering from serious illnesses, surgeries, cardiac events, or respiratory issues. The facility’s PCU is a step-down unit where you’ll use advanced nursing skills and frequent assessments to support patients transitioning from critical illness to stable recovery. You must have an active RN license, recent PCU or step-down experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
Skills in cardiac and respiratory care, telemetry monitoring, and intravenous medication administration are essential.
Experience with oxygen therapy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment is recommended.
