Pay Range: $48 - $78 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).



Key Responsibilities :

• Program Leadership: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments (analyzing regulatory, clinical, and safety data) to identify practice gaps.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational plans, curricula (e.g., onboarding, competency programs), and resources, applying advanced adult learning principles and calculating ROI.
• Consultation & Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to staff, leaders, and interprofessional teams to improve practice and outcomes. Act as a Change Agent, supporting shared governance, performance improvement, and mentoring other nurses and educators.
• Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) & Innovation: Champion the integration of EBP, nursing research, and quality improvement.
• Ensure all educational content aligns with professional standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements (e.g., TJC).
• Develop creative solutions and secure technology for professional development.
• Clinical Support: Maintain and apply current clinical practice standards and the Nursing Process in a functional clinical role to support patient care delivery and ensure safe, quality patient outcomes as an interdisciplinary team member.

Key Requirements:

• Key Skills;
  Experience in educator role.
• Required and Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field of nursing Required and Experience with direct patient care
• BSN Preferred
• Min. 5 years of nursing experience AND experience in an educator role.
• Note: May support multiple facilities/specialties.
• License/Certifications Required Upon Hire: Active, unrestricted RN License (Single State or Compact) AND BLS
• Preferred: ACLS, NRP, or PALS certification/instructor status (based on specialty).
