Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, and structural components, including leaky faucets, unclogging drains, changing bulbs, ballasts, drywall patching, and painting;
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors; clean restrooms and break rooms; empty trash and recycling receptacles; ensure common areas are presentable;
Assist with visual inspections and reporting on facility components such as PIV/Riser and Pump house;
Arrange furniture, tables, and chairs for meetings, events, or training sessions. Take down and store items after events.;
Adhere to all safety protocols and identify potential safety hazards, damaged equipment, or structural issues to management
