With a competitive base salary, origination bonuses, and performance-based incentive pay, high achievers can earn $500,000+ annually, all while advancing a mission-driven practice that prioritizes client care, compassion, and community service.

You won’t carry the burden of overhead, HR tasks, or administrative management. You will be supported by:

• Paralegals, case managers, and international support

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 base salary, plus origination bonuses and additional incentives.
