Job Description- Prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests.
- Roll up sleeves and support teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.

- Complete all required training, adhere to SOPs and brand standards.
- Perform duties requested by management to aid in better operation.
- Provide personalized, friendly service to each guest.
- Greet guests and respond to inquiries in a timely, friendly, efficient manner.
- Mix and garnish beverages per recipe and portion control standards.
- Present and serve beverages.
- Check guests for proper serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws.
- Accurately process payments: POS, cash, cards, gift certificates, vouchers.
- Stock and maintain bar inventory.
- Ensure product quality of all beverage-perishables.
- Maintain confidentiality of business functions (financial status, customer info, associate issues).
- Responsibility for safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
- Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
- Reliability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Effective communication: writing, speaking, listening.
- Flexible schedule availability (24/7 business).
- Organized, honest, teamwork oriented.
- Maintain a clean work area and uniform.
- Integrity and humility; live by the Golden Rule.
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Dedication, innovation, respect, excellence, community focus, service spirit.
- Physical abilities: bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, lift up to 25 lb.
- Work in restrictive space for 8-hr shifts.
- Vision and hearing adequate for job requirements.
- Dexterity to operate equipment.
- Clear voice, basic hearing, English understanding.
- Basic writing ability.
