Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Decatur, GA to provide treatment in a home setting. Compensation: $100/eval + 2 units.

Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting.
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Has own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.
- Treats hospice patients.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
- Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
PRN (per diem basis). A PRN therapist is part of an on‑call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. PRN offers flexibility, higher rates, and the opportunity to gain diverse experience.
