Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for overseeing clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA care. This role includes conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians. You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary providers while working within structured clinical systems designed to support effective and sustainable practice.

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Georgia BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain licensure in Georgia
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, data-driven decision making, and ethical practice
• Familiarity with data collection and documentation systems (Central Reach preferred)
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive clinical team
• Willingness to travel to client service locations and work flexible hours as needed
