Position: Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Team Lead – Floater

The Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) Team Lead – Floater is a leadership role responsible for launching and stabilizing new IFI teams and providing interim coverage for existing teams during Team Lead absences or vacancies. This position ensures continuity of services, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care across the IFI program. The IFI Team Lead – Floater provides clinical supervision, program oversight, crisis response, and direct client services in accordance with DB leveren

DD guidelines, while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external partners and promoting 天天爱 awareness of program services.

Primary Role Function – Floater Responsibilities
  • Lead and establish new IFI teams
    , providing structure, oversight, and guidance during onboarding, transition, and stabilization periods.
  • Serve as interim Team Lead for existing teams during absences, vacancies, or staffing transitions to ensure uninterrupted services and supervision.
  • Maintain flexibility to rotate between teams based on organizational and programmatic needs.
Core Team Lead Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of all assigned team members to ensure clients receive services at authorized frequencies and in full compliance with program, payer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assign and manage caseloads for all staff, ensuring balance, clarity, and accountability. Provide consistent oversight and support for newly assigned staff during the initial introduction and rapport-building period of at least two (2) weeks
    .
  • Monitor service delivery and proactively identify and resolve barriers to engagement, including staffing shortages, scheduling challenges, family availability, and access to services.
  • Ensure complete documentation compliance
    , including timely and accurate contact notes, progress notes, crisis documentation, weekly supervision records, and all other required documentation as required by DBHDD and organizational standards.
  • Provide coverage during staffing deficiencies to maintain continuity of care, including face-to-face therapeutic services as required.
  • Facilitate weekly caseload review meetings to evaluate client progress, service utilization, engagement concerns, and corrective action plans.
  • Conduct individual and group supervision to provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Provide clinical guidance and ongoing training to strengthen ethical practice, skill development, service quality, and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Maintain direct client contact at a minimum of two (2) contacts per month
    , with eligibility for incentive pay for contacts exceeding assigned caseload census.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for crisis-related incidents
    , ensuring immediate guidance, client safety, crisis intervention, and Providence compliance with DBHDD reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal service providers, external partners, and referral sources to support coordinated care and positive client outcomes.
  • Serve as a point of accountability for team performance, service delivery outcomes, and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s level degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field of study from an accredited college and/or university
  • Active professional licensure in the state of Georgia (
    LCSW, LPC, or equivalent), in good standing.
  • Minimum two (2) years of post-master’s clinical experience
    .
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience
    , strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis-intervention competence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Georgia DBHDD service standards and expectations.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and basic computer functions.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and required insurance.

    Applicants either must reside in or have reliable transportation to provide in-person services within Fulton/Dekalb County, GA. Travel to client homes and community locations as required, with willingness to commute 경쟁 up to 1 hour for client sessions.
  • Schedule Requirements: Must be flexible to work after-school hours and weekends in order to accommodate the needs of the clients served. With availability to provide services during morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours

  • Pay Rate: $53,080 – $100,000 annually, based on experience and workload
