Master's in Business preferred 4+ years of experience as a financial or data analyst 1 year of experience in an analyst role within a large healthcare system preferred Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Matlab, SAS, SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel
