General Summary

Provides strategic financial management and operational support for the Academic Affairs division. Serves as the primary budget manager for divisional, endowed, unrestricted, and sponsored funds, including post‑award grant administration. Designs and maintains financial tracking and workflow systems, including Smartsheet tools, to support effective fiscal stewardship and regulatory compliance.

Essential Job Functions

Manage and oversee Academic Affairs budgets, including operating, endowed, grant, and sponsored program funds.

Lead the Academic Affairs budget planning cycle and support forecasting and financial reporting.

Assist in the management of the overall college budget and forecast.

Advise faculty, department leaders, and senior staff on financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
