As a college admissions coach, you will build close relationships with students as you help families navigate their way through the college admissions process. You will help with creating a solid college list, drafting and polishing of college essays, and submitting college applications. Finally, you’ll track student progress and communicate with parents and students about goals and expectations.

Experience:

  • Paid training with opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the admissions process
  • Collaborative and energetic environment with all sessions taking place in our office

What You Should Offer
  • Desire to make an impact on high school students' journey to college
  • Availability to meet students consistently Monday-Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm over the summer (June-early August)
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent social skills with the ability to adapt to different situations while making students feel comfortable and supported
Requirements
  • Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
  • Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse student population.
  • Summer availability from 9:30am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday from June- first week of August.
  • W-2 employee status
  • Management track opportunities for coaches interested in sales, marketing, operations, and recruiting
  • Development opportunities and a promote-from-within culture
