Breast Imaging Radiologist (Onsite)

Location: Atlanta VA Medical Center – Decatur, GA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime clinic hours

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Long-Term)

Cetechs is seeking a Board-Certified Breast Imaging Radiologist to provide onsite diagnostic services at the Atlanta VA Medical Center
. This position supports the Department of Veterans Affairs through its Integrated Clinical Staffing Program and focuses on high-quality breast imaging care for veteran patients. This is an onsite, weekday-only role with no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

• Interpret breast imaging studies including:
  • Mammography
  • Breast ultrasound
  • Breast MRI
• Perform and oversee diagnostic breast imaging procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Communicate imaging results clearly to referring providers and patients
• Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and performance improvement activities
• Maintain compliance with ACR, FDA, MQSA, and VA standards

• Onsite presence required
• Clinic hours typically 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• Federal holidays observed

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Radiology (American Board of Radiology)
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Eligible for VA credentialing and privileging
• Current BLS certification (ACLS as required by VA)
• Ability to meet VA onboarding, training, and immunization requirements

• Prior VA or federal healthcare experience
• Strong patient communication and collaborative skills
• Experience in an ACR-accredited breast imaging program
