We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat, and skilled Clinical Dental Assistant who thrives in a busy clinical setting, loves working chairside on a wide range of procedures, and is excited about earning beyond hourly pay through performance-based incentives.

You are:

• A team player with a positive, professional attitude and excellent chairside manner.
• Experienced in dental assisting (EFDA or expanded functions is a plus), or eager to grow in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Comfortable assisting with a wide range of procedures including restorative, surgical, endodontic, and emergency cases.
• Organized and efficient, able to set up, break down, and maintain operatories to support high patient flow.
• Motivated by commission-based income and growth opportunities.
• Dependable and thrive in a high-energy, emergency-focused environment.

• Provide chairside assisting for a variety of emergency and comprehensive procedures.
• Set up and sterilize operatories efficiently and maintain the highest infection control standards.
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and assist with scanning and surgical setups.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, often during urgent situations.
• Support the dentist and team to maintain efficient patient flow and excellent clinical outcomes.
• Play an active role in practice growth through teamwork, speed, and patient satisfaction.
