Key Responsibilities- Greet clients and pets by name and provide a welcoming front desk experience
- Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our practice management software
- Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions, and billing
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Ensure client‑facing areas are clean, organized, and well‑maintained
- Collaborate with our rehab team to deliver top‑notch patient care
- Assist with rehabilitation treatment modalities and evaluations
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
