Job Summary
The Office Administrator at TRP Infrastructures plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing essential administrative support. This position involves a variety of tasks that require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration, helping to foster a productive work environment.
As part of a dynamic team, the Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office systems, assisting with project management, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Manage schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle inquiries and provide information regarding office policies and procedures.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and procurement.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense reporting.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. - 2-4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting practices.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
- May require extended periods of sitting and computer use.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment.
