Journeyman Plumber

Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Servicing North Alabama and Southern Tennessee
Schedule: Full-time | On-Call Rotation: 1 in every 3 weeks

You'll perform a mix of residential and commercial service work - focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs rather than just installations.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both residential and commercial customers.

Handle service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, and water heater repairs.

Perform new plumbing installations when needed for new construction, always ensuring top-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, explaining issues and offering practical, friendly solutions.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (one week every three weeks) for emergency services.

Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.

Journeyman Plumber License (required)

2-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (service work preferred)

Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
