Territory Manager

Weather Shield, part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking a Territory Manager to promote and sell Weather Shield window and door products across Western Tennessee, Northern Alabama, Northern Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi. The role is largely field-based, requiring frequent travel to accounts within the assigned territory. Compensation includes a salary plus commission.

• Maintain and develop relations with current and new accounts.
• Support accounts with sales training, product samples, and attendance at sales functions.
• Communicate effectively with Sales Managers, Customer Service, and Field Service employees.
• Create business plans, weekly expense reports, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist dealers and distributors with product issues.
• Promote products in the territory with architects and builders.
• Perform additional job‑related duties as needed to fulfill position responsibilities.
• Travel frequently within the territory, including overnight stays when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of the millwork industry or experience working with architects/high‑end building material dealers.
• Strong customer‑service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Regularly sit and use hands for hands‑on tasks such as handling tools, keyboards, or keypads.
• Occasionally lift or move boxes or products up to 25 pounds.
• Must use close vision and frequently talk or hear to perform duties.

Work will be performed within company and customer facilities, in vehicles, and at construction sites.
