Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Employment Type: Part‑Time

Shift Availability: Mid‑Shift, Closing

Location: Walmart Supercenter #662, 2800 Spring Ave SW, Decatur, AL 35603, US

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour (equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location)

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
