Machine Operator – Production Team

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Manager or Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role you will help maintain smooth machine operations, ensure product quality, and support the team in a stable, team‑oriented environment.

• Safely start up, operate, and shut down production equipment.
• Organize and support the production line to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and ensure only top‑quality items leave the line.
• Keep materials stocked, maintain a clean and organized work area, and complete production records accurately.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines and enforce NPC GMP’s, including dress code.
• Make minor equipment adjustments and notify maintenance of any issues.
• Support and assist fellow operators and packers as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements and maintain proper, legible records.
• Control scrap for film, powder, cartons, and shippers at or below acceptable levels.

• At least two years of experience operating machinery in a production or industrial environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
