Project Manager, Operations Manager

Job Title:
Project Manager - Renovation and Installation Projects

Join our team as a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager supporting renovation and installation projects within correctional facilities across the U.S. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative, safety-critical technology that supports secure facility operations. You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects involving locking and door-control system upgrades, contributing to systems that improve safety for staff and inmates.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, managing scope and budget.
• Oversee submittals and technical documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities and support installation from initial planning through final close-out.
• Lead communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review installation and testing documentation.
• Drive project milestones with internal engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and field installation teams.
• Ensure alignment between as-sold scope and delivered solutions.
• Travel occasionally to support site coordination, installation oversight, or project commissioning activities.

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating complex mechanical, electrical, or security-related installation work.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of construction documents and system integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management.
• Engineering degree in mechanical or related field.

• Experience in project life cycle management.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30%).

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00/yr.
