Job Description:

Employees in this position are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet customer needs. They participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, quality testing, and deployment.

• Engage with customers to deeply understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements and advocate for user‑centric solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver software using tools, languages, frameworks, agile methodology, and emerging technologies.
• Assess requirements and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
• Create high‑level software architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product owners, designers, and architects.
• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational vision and market best practices.
• Continuously improve performance, optimize applications, and adopt new technologies for development efficiency.
• Apply test‑driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
• Support security practices, including encryption and anonymization of user data.
• Develop and maintain native mobile applications.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and industry collaboration to enhance solutions.

• 10+ years in IT and 8+ years in development. Senior Mobile Engineer with proficiency in two coding languages or advanced practice in one with guidance experience.

• 6+ years of hands‑on native iOS or Android application development.
• 6+ years experience in Swift (iOS ecosystem) or Kotlin (Android ecosystem).
• 3+ years mobile front‑end architecture, modular design, state management, and navigation strategies.
